Five Cities, Five Ways to Engrave a Leaf
Each collection is named after a city and carries its character. Choose where to start.

CasaBlanca
The perfect balance between craftsmanship and style
Engraving features a two-tiered design, with 4 and 6 mm depths in the same leaf: it is the only collection that incorporates two depths, which is why the design changes appearance throughout the day rather than remaining static.

Urban design and bold character
Sei millimetri come CasaBlanca, ma usati in modo opposto: non per digradare, per scolpire. Volumi netti, ombre vibranti, nessuna sfumatura. È la collezione con i nomi propri — Hexa, Grid, Stripes — invece delle sigle numeriche delle altre.

Eleganza contemporanea, a due millimetri di profondità
The lightest engraving in the range, two millimeters, and at the same time the widest collection: twelve designs, compared to the six or eight of the others. The pantograph incisions create plays of light and shadow without ever shouting.

Sta nel mezzo per profondità, quattro millimetri, ma è l’unica che aggiunge un elemento architettonico: il Kit Impero, con mostre e capitello, che nessun’altra collezione porta. Ispirata alle dimore nobiliari della Capitale.

Due millimetri non disegnano un decoro: disegnano il modo in cui la luce scivola sull’anta. La lavorazione più leggera della gamma insieme a Parigi, in tonalità chiare che riflettono la luce naturale. È una scelta, non un risparmio.
How they are chosen
The difference is measured in millimeters
The five collections share the same structure, frame, and finish. What varies is the depth of the engraving on the leaf: it is this that determines the shadow created when the light hits it at an angle.
Two millimeters are a caress, six are a relief. Neither is more precious than the other — they are two different ideas of how much a door should make itself noticed.

With the light at 26° the shadow is wide 4.1 mm on a 2 mm incision, 8.2 mm out of 4, 12.3 mm on one out of 6.
Stesso disegno, stessa luce, stessa larghezza: cambia solo la profondità dell’incisione, quella dichiarata nel catalogo Porte dal Mondo. Le cinque collezioni stanno su questi tre valori.
