Metal fire doors

Description
Fire-rated door made of 60 mm-thick hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with mineral wool insulation and frame galvanized steel.
Equipped with thermo-expanding seals, adjustable hinges, and an EN 12209 certified reversible lock.
It guarantees fire resistance, stability, and durability, suitable for indoor and outdoor settings.

Leaf

Made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet using the ”Sendzimir” system, press-formed and spot-welded.
Perimeter rebate on 4 sides.
Internal reinforcements in hot-dip galvanized steel profile.
Insulation package made of treated mineral wool. Internal plates for the optional installation of door closers and pull handles.
60 mm thick

Frame

Made of hot-dip galvanized sheet steel ‘Sendzimir“ system.
Seats for heat-expanding gaskets and lip gaskets.
Suitable for fixing to masonry using anchor brackets or wall plugs.
Detachable architrave for installation on finished flooring.
Traverse to be removed for installation without rebate Black plastic strike plates for lock latch and deadbolts.
Frame assembled for 1 leaf doors.
Frame, to be assembled for double-panel doors.

Hinges

2 three-wing hinges per leaf. 2 three-wing hinges for each leaf.
A hinge assembly equipped with thrust-bearing balls and screws for vertical adjustment of the leaf, marked in accordance with EN 1935, rated for a load capacity of up to 160 kg, with a service life of 200,000 cycles, and suitable for use on fire-rated doors.
One equipped with a spring for the leaf's self-closing mechanism.

Intumescent seals

Mount them on the vertical rails of the frame and on the center vertical rail of the double doors.
To be installed on site as the top crossbar for the frame. Install above and below the REI 120 and EI290 panels.

Rostrums

2 safety bolts installed on the hinge side.

Locks

Reversible lock with latch and central deadbolt.
Certified in accordance with EN 12209.
Mortise lock for patent key, set up for European profile cylinder.

Handle

Handle for fire doors, in black plastic with a steel core.
Steel backing plate with a cylinder hole.
Black plastic cover plate.
Fastening screws and insert for a patent-style key.
